Gloria Ng is a criminal defence lawyer practicing out of Vancouver. She was called to the bar in May 2009, after graduating from the University of British Columbia Faculty of Law.
As a sole practitioner operating out of Winright Law’s offices, Gloria has represented clients facing a variety of criminal charges and has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia.
Gloria has conducted trials in Provincial and Supreme Court and has experience in conviction and sentence appeals.
As part of her trial practice, Gloria regularly mounts constitutional challenges in areas such as:

Gloria has considerable experience assisting clients at the outset of a criminal matter by providing clients with immediate legal advice upon arrest and successfully securing their release to bail.

Gloria also has significant experience in:
- – Fighting impaired driving charges including challenging immediate roadside prohibitions

- – Licence suspensions imposed by the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles
Gloria is fluent in English and Cantonese.
Gloria is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and its Criminal Subsection. She is also a member of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers, the Advocates Club, and the Trial Lawyer’s Association of British Columbia, and its Criminal Defence Litigation Group.
Gloria also volunteers as a supervising for UBC’s Law Student Legal Advice Program, assisting people who cannot afford legal counsel.
