Milan Singh

Articling Student

Milan joined Winright Law as an articling student in 2026, bringing a well-rounded background that spans courtroom experience, international regulatory work, and a broad range of commercial legal matters. Before joining the firm, he worked as a court clerk at the Supreme Court of British Columbia, where he developed a strong understanding of litigation procedures, court processes, and dispute resolution from the inside. That experience gives him a practical foundation that directly supports his work in both litigation and solicitor roles at Winright Law.

Milan completed his undergraduate studies at the University of British Columbia before earning his Juris Doctor from Bond University in Australia, where he focused on corporate and commercial law and international business finance. His academic training, combined with hands-on advisory work for global organizations including Binance on regulatory and compliance matters, has prepared him to assist clients across a wide range of legal needs. At Winright Law, Milan works across corporate and commercial matters, contract review and drafting, real estate transactions, and estate planning, always with a focus on keeping clients informed and supported at every stage of their matter.

Outside the office, Milan stays active by running along the seawall, playing soccer, and keeping his strategic thinking sharp over games of chess.
