Susanna Fang is a lawyer at Winright Law with experience in both solicitor work and litigation. Having grown up in Burnaby, she brings a local perspective and genuine commitment to the clients and communities she serves. Her background in Business Administration and Communications gives her a strong foundation for understanding the commercial and practical dimensions of legal disputes, helping her provide advice that is clear, strategic, and grounded in real-world context.

Susanna’s litigation practice covers a broad range of civil and commercial matters, with a particular focus on business litigation, real estate litigation, and estate litigation. She represents clients in disputes involving corporate governance, real estate transactions, wills and estates, and conflicts between developers, landowners, and local governments. Whether a client is dealing with a collapsed real estate transaction, a shareholder dispute, or a challenge to a will, Susanna approaches each matter with thorough preparation and a focus on achieving practical results.

Before being called to the bar, Susanna volunteered extensively with Student Legal Services of Edmonton during her time at the University of Alberta, where she assisted individuals navigating the criminal and family law systems. She also worked as a research assistant for the Faculty of Law and gained hands-on experience working under a family law lawyer in Edmonton. Outside of the office, Susanna is an avid musician and devoted dog lover.
