 Victor has extensive experience handling disputes between developers and local governments, conflicts between developers and landowners, failed or collapsed real estate transactions, claims by buyers who uncover property deficiencies, shareholder disagreements, contested wills and disinherited beneficiaries, as well as cases arising from poor advice provided by realtors.

Before joining Winright Law, Victor built a successful career as an executive in high-tech companies, leading international mergers, growing companies from the ground up, and serving on the board of a NASDAQ-listed public company. This business background gives him a strategic perspective that helps clients protect their interests and achieve favorable outcomes.

Outside of work, Victor enjoys spending time with his two children and staying active through regular exercise.
