Liann started her career with Doug Hager’s law firm long ago as their bookkeeper and moved
on to obtain her CGA designation while working for a public accounting firm and then at the
Vancouver School Board. After a 10-year hiatus to raise two sons she returned to work as
Doug Hager’s assistant in 2004 and obtained her MBA from Laurentian University in 2015.
Liann enjoys the challenges of her job and assisting clients but will most likely retire before
Doug.

Liann lives with her family and her dog, Juno, in Kitsilano where she can be found hiking,
kayaking and hanging out on patios until she can book her next boat cruise.
