Jennifer JayConveyancer

Jenn is a paralegal and has been focusing in the area of real estate law for over 3 years. Jenn uses the pronouns: they, them, and their.

After graduating with a Paralegal Diploma from Capilano University in 2013, Jenn worked at boutique and medium sized law firms in the legal areas of disability and personal injury, human rights, union-side employment, and business. They found their niche in real estate law in 2014 and since then have worked in the areas of residential conveyance, commercial lending, and reverse mortgages. They also bring their technological savvy to the firm from a past career in the IT industry as a software technician with a computer school and a front-line support technician for an international video game company.

Jenn is thrilled to be working at Winright Law. They knew that this firm was the right fit from the moment they met the team. Being part of an inclusive, dynamic, and fun group that is open to ideas and innovation is a refreshing experience.

Outside of work, Jenn sits on the Board of Directors for the Youth Parliament of BC Alumni Society. They help manage and paddle with a recreational dragon boat team, share the journeys of life next to their girlfriend, watch mostly nerdy TV or Netflix, and are the alpha human to their little Chihuahua, Harley.
